Life Is Passing
Sometimes I feel like I'm never going to succeed. Another three months have passed, and what have I accomplished? Six months ago, after an initial flurry of activity that yielded this meager website, I felt excited and optimistic. Three months after that I had a rudimentary music studio to work in and some new songs in the works and I was feeling pretty good. Now, though, I feel like things have really started to drag. Instead of simply making music in my free time, I feel a self-imposed pressure to “make music”—which effectively takes the fun out of making music. I'm obviously doing something wrong, right?
